The staff and Board of Directors for the Team for West Virginia Children are very pleased to recognize:
Gilbert Ratcliff, M.D.
and
Joseph Werthammer, M.D.
as the first recipients of the TEAM's Service to Children Award. There were many factors that made these two pediatricians the ideal candidates, but the staff and board were impressed by their long history of doing whatever it took to meet the needs of children in their care.
The doctors were honored at the Guyan Country Club on May 17, 2007 during a dinner and silent auction to benefit our prevention programs.
